We are specialized in the production of single pieces and small series. With the precision pivot table of the own-brand Zamag PST processing of small complex 5-axis Parts is also possible. 3D printing
Individual parts made? No Problem. With our 3D printer, we can print your individually subscribed Element. For products under contract manufacturing, this technology is well suited.
We print Onyx. One micro-carbon fiber-filled Nylon. This is a excellent strength, heat resistance, surface quality and chemical resistance.
For less demanding parts, or for the Protoypenbau we print the commercially available PLA in various colors.
In addition, the following continuous fibers can be included:
Glass fiber: 5 times as strong as Onyx. The Best Strength-To-Cost Ratio.
HSHT glass fiber: high-strength parts at high ambient temperatures.
Kevlar: For particularly robust and impact-resistant parts.
Carbon: For applications with the greatest possible stiffness and strength require, but as light as a feather should be.
Laser marking
The label and thus the traceability of Parts in the machinery industry is becoming more and more important. In addition, the laser marking offers a cost-effective Alternative to Engraving.
On our own laser marking machine, we can label cubic or round parts. In the framework of contract manufacturing, we label its parts with Logos, serial numbers, serial Numbers, deep engraving, stroke, or 3D Codes. Put us to the test.
