With us, you do not have to replace the entire system. Depending on the machine, we can replace just the control system or individual drive amplifiers and motors. We offer you the optimal solution, ranging from a completely new control cabinet with rewiring of the machine to the replacement of individual components. Depending on your budget, a conversion can potentially be carried out in stages. For the mechanical overhaul of the machine, we cooperate with partner companies. Replacing the old control with a Fagor CNC control with user-friendly ZAMAG grinding software.
To keep costs low, the existing drive systems were retained.
Rollomatic CNC 2000 XD
Electrical retrofit of the rotary transfer machine with a new control system and new drives, including a new control cabinet.
