Special features of the DSM:
The simple design and fast operation of the DSM 102 to facilitate the Fitting of components during Assembly. The tangential grinding produces surfaces with a clean surface and a precise parallelism of the plan. Thickness tolerances of ±0.001 mm can easily be complied with.
The perfect machine for all applications where a surface grinding with the highest level of parallelism of rotational symmetry in mechanical engineering are required to share. This will be between rings of spindle bearings thrust washers, thrust rollers and needle roller bearings, rotors for gear pumps, end surfaces of the spindle nose, parts with contrasting plane surfaces, etc.
Advantages over the flat grinding machine or pot disk:
- Tangential grinding with the highest level of parallelism

- grinding a remote plan area to a Federal
- very easy to use (without sanding large-knowledge)
- fast operation (ideal for loop of the last μ)
- low grinding pressure
- Dry sanding with dust extraction
