Precision small machine system for a variety of tasks

The Kleinmaschinensytsem KMS includes CNC-controlled machining equipment for the manufacture of small parts according to customer’s request. Similar to the ESAMAT the KMS on a modular system is built. Thus, the basic structure of the machine for any part of production can be used according to customer’s request. Today, some companies are already located in Switzerland Thailand to China with a small machine system of ZAMAG. There is already some engraving machines, watches, platinum, milling machines, Cylinder automatic millers, hard metal plates grinding machines, face milling machines, milling machines and textile drill grinding machines have been designed and built.

Version

Machine base made of sheet steel, welded and filled. Engine hood on the Base, rotating with two large round glass doors.

The vertical table consists of a linear stage cross roller guides, pneumatic weight compensation and the clamping block for the main spindle.

The cross table for the X-Y axes consists of two built one above the other in a linear tables with cross roller guides. As an Option, a fourth and fifth axis (on-axis), a T-slot plate or other holding devices to be opened.

The modular principle allows various variations in the structure and the equipment.

Machining spindles

  • Frequency controlled. Depending on the application, up to 120000 R/min and 3 KW of power.

  • Control Cabinet ZAMAG with CNC control FAGOR.
